Unmet Transit Needs (B-Line)

This is an annual cylce process used to determine reasonable-to-meet needs from public input and the publication of annual review report. Annual UTN hearing is held at the December BCAG Board Meeting. The assessment is presented to the Board in April for final approval via consent.
