Comments for the B-Line Unmet Transit Needs (UTN) Assessment for the 2026/27 year are being accepted through 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, December 11, 2025. There is a public hearing for the UTN Assessment on Thursday, December 11, 2025, at 9:00 a.m.at the BCAG Board of Directors meeting. Please access the following link for more information on the UTN process and the multiple ways to submit a comment to BCAG/B-Line by the above deadline.
