Related to the California Public Records Act (CPRA) and regulated by CA SB 272, local agencies are required to create a catalog of multi-departmental systems or systems containing information about the public that store original records electronically. The catalog is posted on the agency website. Not all systems are required to be reported to this catalog. The list is reviewed and an update posted once annually.
