BCAG is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) and the Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) for Butte County and also the owner and operator of Butte Regional Transit, “B-Line”, a consolidated public transit system serving the incorporated municipalities within the County of Butte with fixed route, Dial-A-Ride and future provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation and microtransit.  (More information on transit can be found at www.bline.com.)
