BCAG is required to prepare an Overall Work Program (OWP) and Budget annually. The OWP identifies the specific work elements that BCAG will undertake for the coming fiscal year. Most of the work elements in the OWP address BCAG's state and federal planning requirements. Other work elements are also included in the OWP to address and resolve local transportation planning issues.

BCAG's 2008-09 Overall Work Program & Budget (OWP) was approved by the BCAG Board of Director's on May 22, 2008. A copy of the final 2008-09 OWP and Public Participation Plan can be viewed by clicking on the link below.
