BCAG is the federally designated Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) the Regional Transportation Planning Agency (RTPA) for Butte County and also the owner and operator of Butte Regional Transit (B-Line), a consolidated public transit system serving the incorporated municipalities within the County of Butte with fixed route, Dial-A-Ride, and future provider of Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) and microtransit.
