This project consists in general of grading, paving, utilities, demolition, landscaping and general civil work to construct bus bays, parking lots, pedestrian facilities, lighting, storm drain system, new transit shelters and storage building, and ancillary improvements for improved integration of public transportation in Paradise. The Notice to Contractors is attached with all of the instructions needed to develop a bid for construction from a responsive and responsible bidder.

Question 1; Will there be a job walk?
Answer: There will not be a job walk for this IFB.
Question 2; Reviewing the specifications, there are no manufacture or model numbers provided for the irrigation. Will the irrigation legend be updated with manufacturer and model numbers?
Answer: The Contractor should refer to the Standard Specifications 2022 Edition. Irrigation system appurtenances are performance based and will conform to Caltrans Section 20 per the Contract Special Provisions, “Section 10-4.03 IRRIGATION” In addition to the Specifications as cited, Sheets 23-26 of the Planset have additional detail and specificity for irrigation components.
