BCAG is governed by the BCAG Board of Directors, which specifically includes the five County Board of Supervisors and one City/Town Council representative from each of Butte County's five incorporated cities/town.
The BCAG Board is responsible for all policy decisions under the authority of BCAG, as the designated Metropolitan Planning Organization, the Regional Transportation Planning Agency and the administration of Butte Regional Transit.
To provide public comments on any Board item, you are welcome to join us in person, via Zoom (link and join information are on the document labeld "Items" for the current month), or email us with comments you want added to the public record.
Please include in the subject line the agenda item number you'd like to comment on, or if it's a general comment you'd like added in at the end of the meeting. If it is a general comment unrelated to a specific agenda item, know that the Board cannot take action on it during that month's meeting but they are happy to agendize it for a following meeting.
The BCAG Board of Directors welcomes public comments on all items requesting action included in the monthly board agenda, whether or not the law requires a public hearing. Click here to send an e-mail.
