BCAG is required to annually prepare an Overall Work Program (OWP) and Budget. The OWP identifies the specific work elements that BCAG will undertake for the coming fiscal year. Most of the work elements in the OWP address BCAG's state and federal planning requirements. Other work elements are also included in the OWP to address and resolve local transportation planning issues.
