2006 Regional Transportation Improvement Program Amendments


	As the Regional Transportation Agency (RTPA) for Butte County, BCAG is responsible for preparing, adopting and submitting a Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP) to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) every two years. The purpose of the RTIP is to identify the region's transportation improvement priorities that are eligible for funding through the State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP).

1/27/04 RTIP Amendment 2 - The purpose of this amendment is to identify the specific programming of Transportation Enhancement (TE) Projects, as identified in the 2004 FTIP. At the time the 2004 RTIP was adopted, BCAG did not have specific projects. As a result a "TE Reserve" was programmed in the 2004 RTIP and STIP.

11/04 RTIP Amendment 1 (See FTIP Amendment 2 - Also - same project). Programs a new project. Adds the SR 99/162 Signalization Project. The goal is to use RIP funds as the local county contribution for a primarily SHOPP funded project. Project is subject to CTC approval in the STIP.
