2004 STIP


	The State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) is a capital improvement program for transportation projects. STIP provides funds for the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). BCAG is responsible for preparing, adopting, and submitting RTIP to the California Transportation Commission (CTC) every two years.
