The Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG), in cooperation with Butte County and five incorporated communities in the county, is soliciting proposals from independent contractors for the management, operation, maintenance and storage of Butte Regional Transit (B-Line) fixed route and paratransit services. BCAG is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to select a firm using the Federal Transit Administration's Best Value Procurement Guidelines, to manage, operate and maintain Butte Regional Transit System. This Request for Proposals (RFP) sets forth the overall parameters of the services and specifies the desired scope of services. The successful proposer will be expected to manage, operate and maintain all transit services set forth in this RFP.
