Request for Proposals to provide Real Time Passenger Information System for The Butte Regional Transit / B-Line in Butte County
The Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide Real Time Passenger Information System for The Butte Regional Transit (B-Line). Details concerning the scope of the proposed work and other information pertaining to the requested services are available in the Request for Proposals document posted below.
Proposals are due to BCAG no later than 3:00 PM on June 24, 2016.

Answer: Pre-qualification to bid on this project is not required.This will be formalized in Addendum No. 1 following Pre-Bid conference on December 15, 2015 at the project site.

Question: Section 00 45 30 page 13 of 16 it says “The following items are listed in the Section entitled “Submission of DBE Commitment” of the special provision. Where is the “Submission of DBE Commitment”?
Answer: The form appears on 00 45 30 page 11 of 16. DBE’s also need to appear in 00 45 30 page 1 of 4 – “Proposed Subcontractor Listing”

Question:Please clarify how to fill out the “Disclosure of Lobbying Activities” if the contractor does no lobbying, in spec section 00 45 30?

Request for Proposals to Prepare the Program Environmental Impact Report for 2016 Update of the Butte County Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS)
The Butte County Association of Governments (BCAG) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide services for preparing an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), for the 2016 update of the Butte County Metropolitan Transportation Plan (MTP) and Sustainable Communities Strategy (SCS). Details concerning the scope of the proposed work and other information pertaining to the requested services are available in the Request for Proposals document posted below.
Proposals are due to BCAG no later than 3:00 PM on April 23, 2015. No exceptions will be made.
