2008 RTP EIR

A program-level Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been prepared for the 2008 update of the Butte County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The EIR addresses a number of topics including greenhouse gas emissions and climate change. The final EIR was certified by the BCAG Board of Directors on December 11, 2008.
