2008 RTP EIR - Public Draft

BCAG staff is currently working with the consultant firm Pacific Land Advisors/Denovo Planning Group to develop a program-level Environmental Impact Report (EIR) for the 2008 update of the Butte County Regional Transportation Plan (RTP). The EIR will address a number of topics including greenhouse gas emissions and climate change.

The public draft EIR for the 2008 Butte County RTP is currently being circulated for the statutory 45-day public review period which ends October 27th. The public draft document is available via the link below.

A public scoping meeting is scheduled for September 23rd from 5:30 - 7:30 PM in the BCAG Conference Room at 2580 Sierra Sunrise Terrace, Suite 100 in Chico to solicit public input on the public draft EIR. Please call the BCAG office at 879-2468 if you need directions.
