Amendment #2 - Regional Emissions Analysis - The purpose of this amendment is to identify the updated regional emissions analysis for air quality conformity. Amendment #1 did not provide an emissions analysis. However, as a result of passing lanes not being exempt from a regional emissions analysis, BCAG developed an updated analysis to include all projects and to ensure consistency between the 2006 FTIP and 2004 RTP

Amendment #1 - BCAG is required to amend the 2004 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP) to reflect updated project planning data to ensure consistency with the Federal Transportation Improvement Program (FTIP) and the Regional Transportation Improvement Program (RTIP). This amendment includes the following:

1. The specific identification of each project currently programmed in the 2006 RTIP and 2006 FTIP as of March 22, 2007.
2. Identification of all projects anticipated for programming into the 2006 RTIP Augmentation including the SR 70 Passing Lane Project and the SR 99 Chico Auxiliary Lane Project which includes SR 99 Bond funding.
3. Identification of all projects reasonably expected to be programmed in the 2007/08 fiscal year.
